To keep your clothes looking their best, please follow these easy-care tips:
• No Bleach or Harsh Chemicals: Don’t use bleach or stain removers—they can damage the fabric.
• Avoid Twisting When Wet: Never twist or wring out wet fabric, as it can leave marks or damage the shape.
• Keep Out of Direct Sunlight: Let clothes dry in the shade. Sunlight can fade the fabric or affect its quality.
• Iron Gently: Use a medium heat setting when ironing to avoid burning or damaging the fabric.
• Wash Separately: Always wash colored and white clothes separately to prevent color transfer.
• Soak Before Stitching: Soak the fabric in water for 15 minutes before stitching to avoid shrinkage later.
• Dry Cleaning is Best: For the best care, we recommend dry cleaning our products.
• Important Note: We are not responsible for any damage caused if the care instructions are not followed properly.

Standard Delivery:
All orders are delivered within 7 working days across Pakistan.

Customized Orders:
If your product is customized upon request (e.g., special sizing, stitching, or design changes), please allow up to 25 working days for delivery.

We value our customers and strive to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our policy below to understand the conditions under which exchanges and refunds are applicable.

| Conditions for Exchange or Refund

• Products are eligible for exchange or refund only if they are wrongly delivered (wrong size, colour, or item) or received in a defective condition.
• Products that have been used, worn, or washed will not be accepted for exchange or refund under any circumstances.
• All original tags, packaging, and labels must be intact and attached to the product at the time of return.

| Proof of Defect or Wrong Product

• Customers must provide a video proof of the unboxing, clearly showing the issue (wrong item or defect).
• Refunds for defective items will only be processed if the defect is reported within 24 hours of product delivery.
• Claims made after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

| Exchange Window

• Products can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery , provided all other conditions are met.

| Shipping Charges

• If the exchange is requested for reasons other than defect or wrong delivery (e.g., size or preference), the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
• If the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, all shipping charges will be borne by the store.

| Non-Eligibility

• No exchange or refund will be processed for:
• Products reported without video proof.
• Items returned without tags or in used condition.
• Requests made beyond the stated timelines.

Accessories: Please note that both stitched and un-stitched suits may or may not come with accessories. Some accessories shown in product images are used for styling or photography purposes and may not be included with your purchase.

Sleeves: All stitched outfits will include sleeves or fabric for sleeves. Sleeveless designs are styled specifically for photo shoots and are not part of the final delivered product.

Modesty Adjustments: We take care to ensure all outfits are modest. If any part of the original design is too revealing, it may be altered or stitched differently to maintain appropriate coverage.

Photography Styling: Certain elements featured in product photos, such as styling accessories, embellishments, or design variations, are for photography purposes only and may not be part of the actual product. This can lead to slight differences in length, cut, or decoration.

Color Variation: Due to lighting, photography, and screen display settings, the actual color of the product may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

Stitching & Sizing: Our stitching is based on standard size charts, but please allow for a 1–2 inch variation in measurements, as each piece is tailored individually.
