At AL SYED FABRIC, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that, on rare occasions, you may need to return or exchange an item. To ensure transparency and a smooth process, we have outlined our complete Return & Exchange Policy below.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms described in this policy.
 
Eligibility for Return or Exchange


 To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
•    The item must be wrongly delivered, defective, or damaged upon arrival.
•    The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
•    All tags, labels, packaging, and invoice must be included.
•    A clear unboxing video is required as proof — recorded from the moment the package is opened. This is mandatory and must show the item, defect (if any), and order details.
•    You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel in case of defects or wrong items.
•    Exchange requests (for non-defective items) must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
•    Products that have been used, worn, washed, or altered in any way
•    Products returned without original packaging or tags
•    Orders without an unboxing video or valid proof
•    Items reported after the stated timeframes (24 hours for defects; 7 days for exchanges)
•    Customized or stitched items unless they are damaged or incorrect
•    Items purchased during sales, discounts, or clearance promotions
•    Products that were correctly delivered and match the description shown online
Please ensure you carefully review the product before making a purchase, especially for customized items.

Process for Return or Exchange

If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect item, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Contact Us
•    Reach out to us via WhatsApp, Instagram, or Email within the required timeframe.
•    Provide your Order Number, clear photos of the product, and an unboxing video showing the defect or issue.
Step 2: Review
•    Our team will review your request and evidence within 2–3 business days.
•    If approved, we will guide you through the return process.
Step 3: Shipping
•    You will be asked to send the product back to our return address.
•    If the item is defective or wrongly delivered, we will cover the shipping costs.
•    If the return is due to personal preference or exchange without any defect, then you will bear the return and re-shipping charges.
Step 4: Inspection
•    Once we receive the product, it will be inspected for eligibility.
•    If approved, your exchange will be processed, or your refund will be issued (in store credit or cash, depending on case).

Refunds

We issue refunds only in the following cases:
•    Product is damaged, defective, or not as described and cannot be replaced
•    Product is out of stock after placing your order and payment is already made
•    You cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it
Refunds are issued via
•    Bank transfer
•    Mobile wallet (Easypaisa, JazzCash)
•    Refunds take 7–14 working days to process after approval.

Exchanges


If you wish to exchange a product (e.g., for a different size, color, or item):
•    You must request the exchange within 7 days of receiving your order
•    The product must be in original, unused condition
•    You will be responsible for all shipping charges if the exchange is not due to a fault on our part
•    Exchange availability depends on stock and product availability
We do not offer multiple exchanges on the same order.

Order Cancellations

•    Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them.
•    Once an order is processed, shipped, or customized, it cannot be canceled.
•    Customized or stitched orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production starts.

Important Notes

•    Please understand that slight variations in color, length, or embellishments may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or manual stitching and are not considered defects.
•    Stitching sizes may vary by 1–2 inches due to standard tailoring differences.
•    Items damaged due to mishandling, improper care, or not following wash instructions will not be eligible for return or exchange.
•    We reserve the right to refuse any return if it does not meet the conditions above.
